The Paralympics

Cameron Leslie won the 150 metre race. He won the two golds with a missing limb. He is from Northland.

Philippa Gray and Laura Thompson won
by cycling in a tandem. They didn’t beat their record but they were a little blind.

I am happy that New Zealand is coming 14th.

The tekoteko has scary blue eyes, a big tongue, and sharp teeth. It is a carved in the shape of a human. A tekoteko is seen in a marae and protects the marae from the harm.

I have been ordering Fractions from Smallest to Biggest.

The Paralympics

There are winter and summer paralympic games. They are held after the olympic games. Some of them are in wheelchairs, have amputation or may be blind. There are twenty paralympic games, they are goalball, sitting volleyball, and sitting basketball.
